Returns & Refunds Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery, unless a different restriction applies due to product type or local regulation.

For safety, hygiene, customization, or product-nature reasons, some items are not eligible for return.

• Food products that were opened, consumed, or handled after delivery.
• Customized products, made-to-order products, or items labeled specifically for the buyer.
• Perishable products that no longer preserve suitable conditions at the time of the request.

The request must include the order number, the reason, and basic evidence when applicable. The team will review the case and indicate whether a return, replacement, adjustment, or closure without return applies.

If the return or claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or through the operational mechanism available. Exact timing depends on the payment provider and internal review.
